I hate to say, if the ACL is completely torn up, even partially, not cured. I want to go with their physician for his knee and PT Recommends agood person and that person then go to PT and do the exercises recommended that you be informed, the range of motion, hamstring curls, straight leg raises, adduction and abduction of the hip. There are many other names, but do not do what you tell your doctor knees and tell people you PT. If you are the instability in the knee surgery, I recommend doing so.

if you could cure me, I would have done in one year
If you do not abuse their knees every day driving to work or sports, without rest
